Frequently asked questions
Q: How much am I getting for the cost?
A: Our cookies are handmade so they vary in size a bit, ranging from approximately 1 ¼” to 2 ¼”. One order is one dozen and weighs approximately 8 oz.

Q: How do you ship the cookies?
A: We will be using USPS for our shipping. Flat rate shipping will be $5.25 up to 1 lb.(2 dozen), $7.75 up to 2 lb. (4 dozen) and $10.00 up to 6 dozen (including the free 7th dozen). If you will be ordering more then that, please contact us for a package price including shipping.

Q: How long until I receive my cookies?
A: We bake cookies fresh to order and ship the same day. As soon as payment is cleared, your order will go into the oven. Based on standard ground shipping rates, you should receive your order 3 to 5 days from from payment.

Q: How do I pay for the cookies?
A: We offer PayPal as our primary source of payment. If you have a PayPal account or would like to sign up for one, you can simply proceed to the shopping cart. If you prefer to not pay on line, drop us a line HERE to find out about alternative payment methods.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Sure. For bulk orders and repeat customers we offer a “Buy 6, get 1 free promotion. For every 6 dozen you pay for, we will send an additional dozen free.
